Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WPStack website at wpstack.io and our plugins, modules, updates and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a license, or installing our software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
WPStack provides a modular WordPress plugin system together with a licensing and account hub that issues license keys, gates module access by plan, delivers versioned updates, and processes payments. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
Licenses & permitted use
A purchase grants you a license to use the covered modules according to your plan, including per-site activations and updates for the license period. Our plugin code is released under the GPL; your license governs updates, support and the number of sites on which you may activate it. You may not resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service, or attempt to bypass license or activation checks.
Payments, renewals & refunds
Prices are shown at checkout and are processed securely by Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can turn off renewal or cancel at any time from your account, and access continues until the end of the paid period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new purchases — contact us within 14 days for a refund. Applicable taxes may be added.
Third-party integrations
Some modules connect to third-party services you choose to enable — for example Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook (Booking module) and Stripe (payments). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and you are responsible for your own third-party accounts and credentials. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or behaviour of third-party services, and how we handle data from such connections is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, disrupt or overload our systems, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law or the applicable open-source license.
Intellectual property
The WPStack name, logo, website, documentation and branding are owned by WPStack and protected by intellectual-property laws. Plugin source code is licensed under the GPL as noted above; these Terms do not transfer any trademark rights.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every WordPress configuration or third-party plugin.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPStack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and material changes will be highlighted where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Belgium will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
